Privacy policy

Offworld Neighbors is operated by Experience Advertising, Inc. Your bag, privacy choices, and alien designs may be held in your browser. When you order, we collect the name, email address, delivery address, product choices, and order status needed to complete and support the purchase.

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered directly into Stripe checkout and are not stored by Offworld Neighbors. We share delivery and product information with Printful so it can produce and ship the order. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores order and signup records, and sends branded transactional and support email.

Product-update signup is optional. We store your name, email and signup permission in Cloudflare. When you select the product-update permission checkbox and submit the signup form, we send a welcome email followed by a short series of clothing updates. Saved-bag email reminders are separate and begin only after you confirm your email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal through our contact page.

If you use the Alienizer, the portrait you choose is sent securely to OpenAI for safety review and image editing. Offworld Neighbors does not save your uploaded portrait. When custom design saving is enabled, generated artwork, print proofs and production layouts are stored privately in Cloudflare and linked to your ChatGPT sign-in identity and email. Unordered designs expire after 30 days; starting checkout may extend this by up to two days so a payment session can finish. Their images are deleted when next accessed or listed. Purchased designs are retained as needed for fulfillment and support. We share approved production artwork with Printful for proofs and manufacture. See the custom order terms. When saving is disabled, results stay in your current browser session unless downloaded. OpenAI may retain data as described in its API data controls, including review of content identified by safety systems. Do not upload a minor, public figure, intimate image, copyrighted character, or photo you do not have permission to use.

For U.S. visitors, Google Analytics may measure page views and shopping interactions by default. For visitors elsewhere, optional analytics remains off until they enable it on this privacy page. Advertising storage, ad user data, and personalized advertising remain off unless you separately choose the analytics and ads option. Essential only prevents the Google tag from loading. You can change your choice at any time using the preferences on this page.

We do not send names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment details, or private customer content to Google Analytics. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some order records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

Meta Pixel loads only if you choose Allow analytics and ads. It receives page views, product views, bag actions, checkout starts, and verified purchases to measure results and show relevant products on Facebook and Instagram. Events can include browser identifiers, page URLs, catalog item IDs, quantities, and order value. We do not send names, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment details, or private Alienizer content to Meta Pixel. Analytics only and Essential only do not load Meta Pixel. Pinterest measurement also stays off unless you allow analytics and ads. With that permission, Pinterest receives page visits and product and bag activity, including public product URLs, browser identifiers, catalog item IDs, quantities and value. We do not enable automatic enhanced match or send names, email addresses, addresses or payment details. Analytics only, Essential only and Global Privacy Control keep Pinterest off.
